Marketing Director – Cheshire (hybrid working) - £60,000 - Agency

Our client are market leaders in recruitment and employer brands. They aim to provide digital and talented solutions. Their unique services combine technology and infrastructure to strive for marketing-driven strategies. Consultation, building, and optimisation are the three core drivers of this company, which has enabled them to build a global presence, win onboard prestigious clients and win copious awards.

Responsibilities:

• Ownership of the digital marketing strategy and execution, with the support of the wider marketing team
• Oversee the development and implementation of digital strategies through channels such as SEO, content, CRM, Social media, PPC and video
• Develop and execute effective CRM strategy focused on both acquisition and retention
• Establish and nourish customer journey using new bespoke CRM system
• Work with clients to understand their business needs and manage their budgets and strategies across multiple channels
• Analyse campaign performance and report against key metrics to stakeholders

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar senior multi-channel marketing role
• Either agency experience OR working with external clients OR recruitment industry background is required
• Experienced executing an effective CRM and SEO Strategies would be adventurous.
• Excellent communicator, able to build with relationships with stakeholders across the country
