The Candidate has a strong and successful heritage within the Agency market. With one of our Directors co-founding the successful Affiliate agency ROEYE, we set out recruiting for both networks and independents and the first ever placement made at The Candidate was at a large, full-service Agency.

Fast-forward over a decade, and we are still operating in this market across the North West, having built up Digital and Client Services teams from scratch, enhancing Creative departments with contract and permanent talent, providing top tech talent and headhunting Senior and Leadership appointments.

Our key motivation is to get to know YOU as an agency; what makes you different, what are your USP’s, what makes your culture stand out to prospective employees, what do you offer your clients and how do you work. We use this to match you with the best people in the market, who fit your values and ethics and that we believe will fit into your team and culture!

As a business, you’ll be looking to acquire talent and the best people in the market to be able to service your clients in the best possible way. We’re speaking to these people on an hourly basis and we will always give you an honest overview of the market, salary benchmarking advice and case studies of how we have built successful teams for both independent and the networks.
