We are currently representing a rapidly expanding Professional Services company who are collaborating with some of the world’s best-known organisations. They are looking for a Client Services expert to join the team and help grow their business growth exponentially, as their aim is to make a better workplace for all employees.

Launching in early 2000’s, the company has never looked back and they are now an industry leader in business consultancy. They work with a vast variety of businesses and give insight and advice for them to provide a better workplace engagement. They are currently at a very exciting time in their growth strategy and are looking to keep expanding by bringing in another Onboarding Specialist to further boost company growth and sales.

Responsibilities:

• Onboarding of warm clients post sale.
• Understand customer needs and how they fit into the business model.
• Discuss and up-sell products to clients.
• Take feedback from clients and feed into the correct stakeholders.
• Act as a bridge between client expectations and company objectives.
• Handling and processing personal data in a confidential manner.
• Customer complains and account management

They are looking for someone:

• 3 years experience within a customer facing role
• 1 year sales or customer relations experience ideal.
• Ideally have 6 months retail experience
• Self-motivated, extremely organised, and highly driven.
• Warm, positive, confident, and adaptable to change.
• A team player who is willing to support and develop colleagues.
• Someone with a sales/customer service background who is confident in connecting with new and old customers
