CRM Manager – Manchester (Hybrid working, 2 days office based) - £37,000 + perks – Marketing

Our client are a revolutionary group leading their industry. Having grown from strength to strength over the past 2 years, we’re now seeking a CRM Manager to join their well-regarded in-house Digital team, creating and delivering CRM strategies across the UK and oversees.

We’re seeking an experienced CRM/Email candidate who is accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment and is experienced in manipulating / segmenting a large database for targeted email campaigns.  If this is you, we’d like to speak with you.

• As part of the CRM team, create and executive effective customer focused campaigns for multiple brands across the group
• Introduce new ideas & thinking through a test and learn approach in campaigns
• Segment database to understand consumer behaviour and implement finding into campaigns
• Review and analyse campaign performance against KPIs
• Work closely with the wider marketing team to deliver overall commercial targets
• Report to key stakeholders on channel success
• Support in the training and development of juniors on the team
