Retention Manager

Retention Manager – Leeds (hybrid working) - £40,000 – Tech Platform

You’ll be responsible for performance across the entire lifecycle of free & paid customers, including how they drive loyalty, reactivate lapsed customers and win-back churned customers.

What you’ll do

• Own the strategy and execution around how they deploy and grow customer lifecycle communications.
• Work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure there is a world-class suite of communications in place.
• Continually innovate to try and find new & exciting ways to drive loyalty.
• Champion customer data and the insights.
• Take a keen interest in wider business metrics and how you can work collaboratively to unlock opportunities to drive bottom-line revenue performance.

About you

• Be able to operate at both strategic and tactical levels.
• Be highly analytical and comfortable presenting data in a clear and concise manner.
• Be highly performance-driven and understand the importance of campaign measurement, control groups, segmentation, etc.
• Be familiar with supporting Marketing Technologies, including (but not limited to): ActiveCampaign, Google Analytics, Looker.
• Be comfortable manipulating data and proficiency in analytics platforms (such as Domo, Looker, etc.). Experience with SQL is also beneficial.
• Be able to think differently and totally embody the customer mindset.
• Be comfortable with the challenge of driving loyalty and advocacy.
