Senior CRM Executive – £35,000 – Manchester - Retail

Our client is a leading brand within the retail sector going from strength to strength as they continue to expand their team.  The Senior CRM Executive will report into the Digital Marketing Manager and sit within the wider Marketing and Ecommerce team. 

After a significant growth in the past year, this exciting retail brand is looking to focus on the eCommerce side of the business further. With 5 years selling across marketplaces, they are now looking to expand and build upon their own website, and are looking for a strong candidate to come in and develop the CRM and Email marketing unit. Their goal is to become the market leader, providing high quality products at affordable prices.

Roles and Responsibilities of the Senior CRM Executive

• Work alongside the Marketing Manager in delivering an optimised CRM plan whilst considering the best brand delivery of customers through using the most up to date software and processes
• Deliver and build CRM campaigns and report on performance 
• Work with the digital team to make the best use of customer value, and create strategy 
• Support in the implementation of automated programmes with the objective of adding customer lifetime value
• Keep up to date with CRM innovation and processes and recommend implementing them in the business

Skills and Attributes 

• At least 3 years’ experience working in a CRM role
• Proven experience working with CRM service providers is essential
• Strong experience in a similar industry role (Ecommerce, retail, fashion, Beauty backgrounds)
• Prior experience of implementing consumer email programmes from start to finish
• A quick learner with an ‘eye for detail’ and a commercial mind-set
• Proficient using Microsoft Excel and is very numeric 
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment, where a passion for retail and marketing is vital
