Artworker - Cheshire or Manchester - Up to £37,000 - Agency

Our client is an award-winning B2B healthcare communications agency, with global clients, offering solutions across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare industries. They are steadily growing which has created the need for their next Artworker to join the team and develop creative B2B artwork. 

The agency offers flexible hybrid working, with 2/3 days in either their Manchester City Centre, or Alderley Edge offices. With this growth comes some real progression opportunities and the chance to work across some of their top clients. Key Responsibilities

• Manage layouts of both digital and print content from concept to completion
• Adhere to client branding and aesthetic
• Plot and redraw data and figures from raw or existing information
• Create and update templates
• Proof check content to ensure accuracy and visual cohesion
• Develop web and other digital assets
• Take briefs from clients, conceptualise, and develop projects to the fullest
• Work closely with a number of other teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Work with the Production Lead to ensure logistics, and delivery of items run smoothly
• Mentor and train junior employees

Key Skills

• Existing experience in Artwork / Graphic Design is essential 
• Experience within a Medical communications agency is highly desirable, ideally some B2B experience
• Strong knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, and the other Adobe CC software 
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite 
• Strong knowledge and understanding of print techniques 
• Experience adhering to tight deadlines and working with multiple clients at one time
• Great eye for detail and accuracy
