CRM Specialist – Warrington (Hybrid Working) - £35,000 - Retail

Our client is looking for a talented and experienced CRM/Email Executive to join their thriving CRM team. The fundamental part of this role will focus on end to end development of emails through interpretation of briefs, campaign setup, audience selection, proofing, and campaign performance analysis.  They will be responsible for carrying out email campaigns for the brand across the UK and international locations. Reporting to the CRM Manager, the CRM Specialist will also support with the development of automated email marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate email briefs into creative campaigns.
• Use segmentation techniques to target emails to the right customers.
• Build, proof, test, QA and commission email campaigns.
• Carry out A/B Testing.
• Produce dynamic content.
• Analyse and report results from email marketing campaigns to improve key performance metrics.
• Assist with the implementation of any new automated email programmes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and email best practice.

Key Skills/Experience

• At least 3 years’ experience working in a CRM role.
• Proven experience managing email programmes is essential.
• Proven experience of driving CRM strategy and implementing effective targeted and automated campaigns.
• Expert knowledge of CRM tools.
• Knowledge of HTML.
• Competence to analyse customer and campaign data.
• Excellent attention to detail and pro-active nature.
• Strong planning & organisational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Degree, preferable in marketing/digital related discipline.
