Senior Account Manager – Manchester Media City - Up to £35,000 - Agency

Our client is a fully integrated B2B marketing agency based in Media City and they are looking for an experienced and passionate individual to become their new Senior Account Manager. This candidate will be involved in all stages of project development from brief taking, to market research, concept development, strategy input, execution and evaluation. You will also be expected to identify and participate in initiatives to help to drive new business and client account organic growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:          

  • Working with our in-house specialists on brand proposition, positioning and visual identity development projects.
  • Working with our in-house specialists to deliver effective tactical campaigns and lead generation campaigns in line with client objectives – managing all aspects of campaign delivery, monitoring and reporting.
  • Management of client e-marketing projects using CMS and email management systems as well as other software systems i.e. marketing automation platforms (we are a HubSpot partner).
  • Research and intelligence – assimilation of research statistics and intelligence using various online mediums i.e. market reports, to draft intelligent client research reports.
  • Client event / exhibition planning, organisation, management and attendance.
  • Print management – management of client print jobs with our clients nominated printers – to involve proofing, passing on press and organising print delivery.
  • Sourcing and producing client quotations for creative, design, artwork, copywriting, photography, print, promotional items, illustration, data, ad space and other client purchase requirements.
  • Data profiling – research and qualification of client campaign data, purchase of GDPR approved data lists and mail merge to support distribution of client communications.
  • Arranging and direction of client photography and video briefs and attendance at shoots as required.
  • Maintenance of all client files, ensuring that job bags, time recording, and other administration is up-to-date and orderly on a day-to-day basis including time recording for you and your team.
