CRM Project Manager – Lytham (1 day per week) – £40,000 + Bonus - Retail

It’s a really exciting time as they explore how new technologies and solutions will support the team in delivering their vision for highly personalised and seamless customer experiences.

As CRM Project Manager you will support the discovery of new solutions and be responsible for the effective implementation and enablement of these, as well as scoping and implementing ongoing enhancements to their customer data platform. 

Main Responsibilities

  • Working with the CRM team to translate the business vision and goals into delivery objectives for customer data platform and new solutions.
  • Requirement scoping and definition for all CRM development and implementation projects
  • Driving the pace of the projects and effectively monitoring project timelines, identifying project overlaps and risks and escalating when required. 
  • Building effective stakeholder relationships – ensure project roles and expectations are clear and communication channels strong. 
  • Supporting technical partners and managing their taskload - ensuring their brief is clear, their tasks are completed to scope. 
  • Identifying of risks to project and proactively finding solutions to these in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Co-ordinating and conducting UAT for projects, develop test strategy and be hands on in ensuring this is completed to the standard required. 
  • Managing project go-live and new adoption of systems.

Essential:

  • Proven project management experience within CRM or eCommerce 
  • Positive, self-starting and solutions focused approach 
  • Exceptional collaborator and clear communicator 
  • Hands-on experience of managing both 3rd party and internal stakeholders 
  • Highly organised with excellent written and spoken communication skills 
  • Nimble and adaptable working style, used to working in fast paced environments  
  • A passion for delivering great customer experiences and how tech can be used to enable this

Desirable:

  • Experience working within CRM data platforms and/or campaigning software  
  • Experience working within the retail sector  
  • Experience or knowledge of Microsoft BC and Exponea systems 
  • Experience working within a CRM team
