Performance Marketing Manager

Performance Marketing Manager - £45,000 DOE – Liverpool (Hybrid Working) – Fashion eCommerce

Main Responsibilities

• Lead on all digital marketing activity: Paid Search, Paid Social, Organic Campaigns (AdWords, Facebook, LinkedIn, SEO), Influencer Campaigns and Brand Marketing Activity.
• Management of the in-house team.
• Communicate with relevant agencies on a regular basis, to ensure alignment on activity.
• Create clear and instructive reports on activity.
• Provide management with detailed and effective reports.
• Advise on budget and resource allocation to digital marketing channels.

Key Skills and Attributes

• A successful track record in performance marketing or a senior digital marketing role.
• Experience and understanding of a multi brand fashion retailer would be ideal.
• Experience of both building a multi-channel marketing campaign and reviewing/analysing results to drive positive change.
• Hands on experience of Google Ads, Paid Facebook/Instagram etc.
• Confident with numbers and data, and able to provide clear reports.
• Experience of handling digital marketing agencies.
• Ability to manage and develop a team.
