Events Marketing Executive - Warrington (Hybrid Working) - £30,000 - Events

Our innovative client has rapidly grown since the release of their first product in 2002 to become the world's leading manufacturers of video technology with their products being used in the broadcast and film industry across the UK and all of Hollywood, as well as post-production and AV industries.

They are a company dedicated to providing the highest quality products at affordable prices to their clients from offices across the globe. Your role would be
based predominantly in their state of the art European Headquarter campus in Warrington. As part of the role, you will be provided with free office meals, an on-site gym and 5km jogging track on campus. Also, you will get to travel internationally to well-known trade conferences and the business’ amazing product launch events!

This role would be perfect for an individual experienced in managing and running large scale events, as well as having worked on brand activation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, promote and deliver physical and virtual events engaging with our end user customers directly and through our channel sales partners.
• Identify, agree and complete a range of project tasks including planning, researching, scheduling, negotiating and budgeting.
• Help to create call sheets, site plans, event guides, schedules and other relevant supporting information for distribution to parties involved in project delivery.
• Monitor and review sales partner web sites and social media channels, providing assets, support and guidance regarding their representation of our products.
• Provide quantitive and qualitative metrics and feedback from projects and campaigns to help influence future decisions.

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum of 2 years event marketing experience with preferably both B2B and B2C background.
• Passionate, creative and self-motivated.
• Strong project management, organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
