Paid Social Executive – Manchester City Centre (Hybrid - 3 days in office) - £35,000 - Beauty

Well known all over the world, this huge beauty retailer is looking for a Paid Social Executive to join their team in Manchester City Centre! Always pushing boundaries and growing their huge fanbase, this is a brilliant opportunity for beauty-lovers and anyone who wants to step up their career!

Working within the marketing department, the Paid Social Executive will report to the head of Social and Marketing Director to support the overall Paid social strategy. The successful candidates will be accountable for overseeing all the Paid Social activity including Meta and TikTok.

The Key Responsibilities of the Paid Social Executive:

• On a day-to-day basis, manage all paid Social campaigns and ensure that they are fully optimised in order to achieve KPIs.
• Become the main contact for all paid Social queries, in regards to third party agencies.
• Thoroughly analyse all research data in order to identify ideas for future campaigns.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the latest industry trends and changes whilst overseeing the monthly budget.
• Regularly track and analyse all campaign results and provide detailed feedback to the line manager.
• Work closely with the creative and design teams to incorporate best practices in paid Social campaigns. 

The Perfect Candidate:

• A degree in marketing or a similar business subject
• At least 1 years’ paid media/ Paid Social experience is essential
• Experience in both Meta and TikTok is essential
• Excellent understanding of Google Adwords, Google Analytics as well as Facebook, Snapchat and TikTok business managers
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to draw insights from large data sets
• Experience working in a beauty, retail or fashion environment would be ideal
• An ambitious individual with a strong commercial acumen and excellent interpersonal, organisational and Excel skills
