Brand Manager – Cheshire (Hybrid) - £45,000 - Retail

Our client is a renowned company in the retail industry. With a global presence and a dominant market position they are highly regarded by professionals and celebrities alike. They are currently seeking an experienced Brand Manager to join their dynamic team.

The Brand Manager will be responsible for overseeing and developing the brand for both B2C and B2B customers. They will play a crucial role in strategic planning, content creation, and marketing coordination across various channels. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused and creative professional who thrives in a multitasking environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting an audit and identifying opportunities to expand the customer base and enhance the content strategy.
  • Developing and executing marketing plans for the retail (DTC) and trade (B2B) segments, including product launches, PR events, and influencer collaborations.
  • Collaborating with the Trade Sales team to create effective trade marketing plans, including brochure content and educational initiatives.
  • Providing clear briefs to the team for content campaigns, model casting, and photo shoots to ensure timely and impactful execution within budget.
  • Working closely with the Ecom & Trading teams to strike a balance between brand-led educational content and promotional materials that align with the brand's values and commercial objectives.
  • Setting campaign objectives, establishing measurement metrics, and monitoring the effectiveness of brand activities across various channels.
  • Collaborating with the CMO & Performance Marketing Manager to assess the impact of brand investments and establish key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Leading and coordinating content creation and guest appearances for the popular Tik Tok shop lives.
  • Managing a team of 6 in the brand department, providing leadership, setting objectives, and fostering their professional development.
  • Producing regular reports for senior leadership, highlighting actionable insights and recommendations for growth and development.

About you:

  • 5-7 years of experience in a Brand Marketing role within a client-side setting.
  • Essential experience in social media management and influencer collaborations.
  • Passionate about marketing, with a strong understanding of social media and popular culture.
  • Proficient in Powerpoint, Excel, and campaign/event budgeting.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clarity on priorities and guide the team's strategic direction.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
  • Proven project management and organisational abilities.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
  • Comfortable leading influencer events and public speaking engagements.
