Digital Marketing Officer - South Manchester (Hybrid Working) - £27,000 - Non-Profit 

This is a brilliant opportunity for a Digital Marketing Officer to get involved with an organisation that has a meaningful impact on a global scale. If you want to be part of a fun and dynamic team in a fast-paced environment with a hybrid working policy, then this is for you!

As the Digital Marketing Officer, you’ll support the Head of Online in the implementation of the digital marketing strategy to deliver strategic business objectives – acquisition of new supporters, conversions, engagement, and retention of existing supporters.

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Play a key part in data driven optimisation of digital channels and campaigns, to provide a compelling digital and use centric experience, acquire new supporters, increase income and engage and retain with our current supporters.
  • Contribute to the development of new digital functionality, maintaining technical and accessibility standards.
  • Implement digital marketing strategy across digital channels in the UK.
  • Development and content management of the website, improving UX across website to improve conversion.

What they’re looking for:

  • Degree-educated in a relevant field e.g., Digital Marketing
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital marketing is essential.
  • Experience working at an NGO is desirable.
  • Experience working in e-commerce is desirable.
  • MS Office Suite.
  • Analytical programmes such as Google Analytics (GA) and Google AdWords is essential.
  • Social media monitoring and listening tools such as either Hootsuite, Tweetdeck, Buzzsumo or Klout is essential.
  • Experience in website management and maintenance and Content Management Systems (CMS) is desirable.
  • Photoshop or any design programme is desirable.
  • Email marketing platforms, including Mailchimp, is desirable.
  • Fluent English is essential. Additional languages such as Arabic, Urdu are desirable.
