Digital Account Director - Cheshire (Hybrid or Remote) - £40,000 - £50,000 - Agency

The Digital Account Director will be tasked with maintaining excellent client relations across two sister agencies, ensuring their digital marketing campaign needs are met to meet their business objectives. You will also be required to train and guide Account Executives/Account Managers to ensure they develop within their careers!

This is a work from anywhere role, but you can also go into their Cheshire offices when you fancy. 

Key responsibilities for the Digital Account Director:

  • Lead the client services team in delivering award-winning digital marketing campaigns
  • Ensure your team have full understanding of the clients campaign requirements by carrying out thorough competitor analysis, current market insights and industry trends in order to meet their KPIs
  • Communicate to clients effectively and within time and budget constraints to keep them fully informed with campaign reports and developments
  • Identify improvement opportunities where appropriate
  • Identify commercial growth opportunities and cross-sell the agencies digital marketing offerings
  • Keep well informed with the latest digital industry developments and trends
  • Train and develop the client services team, ensuring they succeed
  • Collaborate with other teams within the business effectively

Key Skills and Attributes for the Digital Account Director:

  • Agency/client facing experience is highly desirable (in-house experience will be considered)
  • Strong experience for Digital Marketing across SEO, PPC, Paid social, email, content and social media
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong data and analytics skills
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Previous line management experience
  • Confident at pitching agency offering to potential clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • HubSpot certificate highly desirable but not essential
