Customer Communications Manager (12 month FTC) – Manchester City Centre (Hybrid Working) - £40,000 – Insurance
We’re seeking a consumer-minded communications individual, ideally from a Marketing background to join a highly-regarded internal team and support in addressing and resolving customer issues through effective customer communications strategies, working closely with operational and complaints teams.
Key duties and responsibilities
- Support the delivery of an effective communications strategy centred around the customer
- Work closely with operations & complaints team to align strategy with day-to-day customer communications
- Identify areas of improvement in current communications process and look to improve overall customer experience
- Be the voice of the customer, understanding their journey and in turn implement a communications strategy that aligns with brand values as well as expected customer experience
- Ensure appropriate comms are in place to support vulnerable customers.
What they’re looking for
- Proven experience in a Customer Marketing or Communications focused role, min 2+ years
- An understanding of FS regulations and compliance requirements desirable but not essential
- Previous experience working closely with differing teams and stakeholders at varying levels
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
