Digital Service Product Manager- Manchester or UK Remote Working - £47,000 - Financial Services

Working as a Self Service Optimisation Manager you will help to create, implement and maintain the performance of the businesses latest self-service channels as well as designing the vision.

You will be part of a team that has core values that they adhere to such as challenging status, bold ideas with customer insight at the heart of what you do to make the right decisions for them.

The role:

  • As the digital product owner for the Online Self-service portals, your responsibilities will lie with identifying places to grow and enhance the customer experience
  • You will be customer orientated while translating their needs into digital values
  • Working closely with teams including developers, UX, customer service as well as analysts
  • Monitoring performance of the channels and boosting performance when needed
  • Monitoring web traffic alongside the optimisation analysts 

The ideal candidate:

  • Experienced with Digital Self Service Channels while optimising performance, demonstrating understanding of practices and strategies
  • Experience in driving efficiency through optimisation of customer journeys focusing on digital products
  • Skilled in motivating a team as well as leading
  • Collaborative and communicative with cross functional teams
  • Confident in user-centred design principles and experience in conducting user research
  • Creativity while developing new features to improve customer experience
  • Experience with customer data and analytics using insight to inform improvements
  • Experienced in using Google analytics (GA4) is a plus
