Business Development Executive - Wrexham - £30,000 - B2B

I am currently exclusively representing a large B2B organisation who were founded over twenty years ago and are market leaders within business consultancy. They work with a vast variety of businesses across the UK to provide insight and advice for better workplace engagement. 

They are currently at a very exciting time in their growth strategy and are looking to bring on a Business Development Executive. You will report directly to the Growth Manager and will sit within the wider marketing team. This newly created role offers an amazing opportunity for progression. You can truly make it your own!

This role is essentially a Business Development role, however there is no cold calling and all leads have been vetted. A great opportunity to start and progress your career!

The position is on a hybrid basis with a minimum two days in their office, and is ten minutes from Wrexham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a business development specialist to take the next step in their career. 

Day to day responsibilities: 

  • Identify and help convert warm leads – there is no cold calling!
  • Business development
  • Follow up on new business leads – securing meetings when applicable
  • Communicate clearly products, pricing and feedback results to higher ups for future opportunities
  • Pitch company services to new and existing clients
  • Plan, prepare, and showcase presentations within brand guidelines
  • Create and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual reports using Salesforce
  • Use Salesforce for account and lead information

Requirements: 

  • A degree in marketing, business or a related field 
  • At least 1 year in B2B sales / business development
  • A creative and innovative mindset 
  • Salesforce or similar CRM software
  • Degree in either marketing, business or IT
