Creative Strategy Associate Manager - Manchester City Centre with UK Remote Working / Hybrid options - £35,000 DOE - Agency

This integrated agency is looking for a Creative Strategy Associate Manager to propel their clients content and brand reach. The successful candidate will have experience in content and strategy across social, creative, web, and more. They will be confident in software, platforms, tool, and how to effectively utilise trends to great the most impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic development of campaigns to meet client goals that are aligned with the clients strategy
  • Establishing a reactive culture model for the agencies clients 
  • Work closely with other team partners to build agency best practice across all platforms for organic content
  • Work closely with the Content Creator team to build cut through content for organic and paid distribution (paid managed by Paid Social team)
  • Working on TOV documentation and guardrails
  • Measuring results, building reports and recommendations to clients, and reacting to these in order to continuously improve and optimise campaigns / activations
  • New business development 
  • Be able to work ideation through to completion 
  • Being a social media voice inside the agency and outside to help educate and elevate the discipline

Key Skills

  • 3-5 years experienced in content and brand strategy across social and creative 
  • Strong knowledge of social media management tool such as Sprinklr, Bandwatch/Falcon, Sprout etc
  • Experience in aiding the growth of brands on social media through strategic thinking 
  • Strong understanding of PR tactics 
  • Creative content production at a strategic level
  • Confident pitching and communication skills for effortless collaboration with internal teams and external clients
  • Strong creative portfolio of brand work across a number of clients/brands (please add this to your application)
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to adapt and excel in a fast paced and dynamic agency environment 
  • Good communication skills to ensure projects run smoothly
  • Ability to multitask and work on various projects simultaneously
  • Meticulous attention to detail
