We are exclusively representing a family-run international manufacturing organisation who are looking to expand its Customer Service team with the hire of a personable Customer Service Representative.

If you love solving problems, being the customer’s first point of contact, and assisting the wider team – then this role is for you!

The role will focus on;

• Generate sales leads from inbound opportunities
• Be the first point of contact for customers and stakeholders (passing on when appropriate)
• Manage and update stock levels of products – placing orders with suppliers
• Ad hoc organisational activities
• Handle customer complaints, finding a positive remedy
• Use the CRM

Your experience;

• 2 years experience working in customer service
• Microsoft excel and outlook
• Ability to understand a CRM system
• Positive, can do attitude
• Excellent communication skills
