Paid Media Manager - Leeds - £45,000 - £60,000 DOE - Beauty

Our client is a rapidly expanding Beauty business that’s building a best-in-class internal digital team. This individual will be responsible for delivering an effective Paid Media strategy across Search, Social, Display & Shopping with a 5 figure monthly spend at your disposal, with this figure increasing as the business delivers its growth targets across the UK. This is a unique opportunity to work across both a lead-gen & eComm D2C website.

The team is currently sitting at 18 with the Digital team housing 3 (Head of E-commerce, Front-end Dev, Graphic Designer) with further hires across Paid, Email & SEO.

Given the size of the business and its growth opportunities, this individual will be involved in wider digital channels beyond Paid, specifically OOH/ATL campaigns across the UK.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership over and lead Paid Search, Social, Display & Shopping campaigns
• Deliver an impact performance marketing strategy with the support of an executive for day-to-day optimisation
• Analyse and report on weekly performance to key stakeholders
• Work closely with Head of Ecommerce & digital team to support wider efforts
• Own relationships with key media owners and tech partners to ensure maximum ROI
• Budget ownership & allocation with the support of the Head of Ecommerce
• Support the business in OOH/ATL campaigns where needed

Candidate Requirements 

• 4+ years experience in differing Paid Media channels
• Experience across key platforms including TikTok, Meta, Google, Bing
• Confident working at both a strategic and delivery level
• Excellent communicator and team-player (this is a growing team where you will be involved in differing channels beyond Paid)
• Experience across international campaigns desired but not essential
