Digital Marketing Executive - Colnbrook, London (Hybrid Working - 3 days in office) - £30,000 - Environmental Services

Our client is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join their growing marketing team. You will be working closely with the content executive and reporting to the Marketing Manager. After receiving great investment into the marketing team, this is the best time to join!

Job Purpose:

  • As our Digital Marketing Executive you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing our digital marketing strategy to promote the company brand and the company’s services and products
  • You will be responsible for managing our SEO/SEM, PPC activity (Google AdWords and Microsoft Advertising), email campaigns and display advertising campaigns
  • You will proactively make recommendations and suggestions for growing website traffic and enabling digital growth
  • You will optimise marketing spend and use analytics tools to measure digital marketing performance, using data and insights gathered to make recommendations for future digital marketing activity
  • Initially you will be working collaboratively with an external digital marketing consultant to whom our digital marketing activity and reporting is outsourced. You will be tasked with transitioning all outsourced digital marketing activity to bring it inhouse.

Experience / Skills / Knowledge:

  • Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and compel users to take action
  • Practical experience in keyword research, SEO/SEM management, email, and marketing automation and database
  • Experience in setting up and optimising Google AdWords and Microsoft Advertising campaigns
  • Practical understanding of social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Knowledge of marketing and web analytics tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs and Hotjar
  • Experience in using Marketing Automation software such as Sharpspring, HubSpot, Marketo would be beneficial
  • Experiencing in creating email campaigns
  • User experience knowledge and optimisation of customer experience funnels and landing pages
  • Practical skills in multivariate experiments and A/B testing
